ICT IN EDUCATION
ICT can be defined as the use of hardware and software for efficient management of information.That means ICT refers to the forms of technology that are used to transmit , store , create, share or exchange particular task.

1.TL Process :It becomes necessary to present the content by attractive means .Computer technology helps us to provide rich presentation .To provide , it is necessary to use the various components like:-
1.Text matter presentation
2.Animation presentation
3.Graphic presentation
4.Audio presentation
5.Video presentation
2.Publication :The notes, printed text books can be digitized with the help of computer technology .Many e-books are available on websites developed by different publishers . Encyclopedia is also available on internet.
3.Evaluation :It describes a new ICT assessment tool that reduces multi-handling of marks , commands and scores specifically where professional judgement is involved .The aim in using the tool is to reduce the unproductive busy work of marking such as adding up of marks , recording ,and spell checking of comments by hand ,also it allow for many different views of the information ,and to increase the time spent on feedback,reflection and moderation.The tool combines features of the word processor, spreadsheet and database applications, and paper-based marking.
4.Research: It supports 24/7 access to materials. Encourages the development of an independent research . ICT has a very valuable role to play in research as long as it is used appropriately.
